Keg Theft

A little known burden on the WA brewing industry is keg theft - with replacement kegs costing the state’s independent breweries a whopping $2 million per year. Stolen kegs are usually scraped or sold on the secondary market to amateur home brewers who are unaware of the effect their purchases are having on the pubs and breweries they love.

This fun little campaign helped raise awareness of the issue in pubs and breweries and on social media, getting WA beer fanatics to think twice about what buying a second hand keg could be doing to their favourite watering hole.
